It was a great vacation overall. We definitely will tell our family and friends.

Proximity to the airport was why we booked it. It was a perfect spot with everything we needed. Small grocery store right across the driveway, restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beach was right across the street. There were bike paths to use as well as plenty of sidewalks for running/waling. Great spot overall.

It would’ve been nice to have a bathroom with showers at the end of the day. They allow guest to stay to use the facilities after check out and at the end of the day before catching a flight it would’ve been nice to rinse off sunscreen and pool water. Having music going around the pool area would’ve been a plus.

Great place!

I really enjoyed the time spent here with my family! We had a fantastic experience with our rooms — they are smartly designed, with the living area facing the main swimming pool and the bedroom set at the back. This layout was perfect for our child to take naps and sleep early, with no noise coming from outside. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, with delicious fish and vegetarian options for us. The kids’ swimming pool was brilliant — it’s shallow enough throughout for little ones to stand and play safely. I think it’s also a plus that this hotel doesn’t play music in the pool area during the day, for some peace of mind! The hotel is in a great location, close to good restaurants and a beautiful beach. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were spotless. We would definitely love to come back!

Fantastic hotel for families really quiet in the evenings bus stop outside to go into town but plenty of shops and restaurants nearby had breakfast only In hotel lots of choice really fresh heated pool in April

we loved Hotel Floresta and can't wait to book our next stay

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the pool and poolside area was very looked after and bit we never struggled to get a sun lounger for 7 people. the food was good however the setting of the buffet could do with being looked at as very long queues

Location is great - close to airport and Arrecife - easy connection by bus. Bus stop in front of hotel. Decent taxi prices. Souvenir shops, Supermarket, car and bike rental - all available around the hotel. Staff was always friendly and attentive.

Restaurant quite busy around main breakfast and dining time. But food was exceptional and not to complain about.

Hotel Floresta is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Everything from the staff, apartment, food, pool area was amazing and I would highly recommend a stay here. Will definitely return.

A PLACE TO RESET UNWIND AND RELAX , AMAZING PLACE TO GO.

Everything, it was so peaceful , the cleaning staff were so nice. The grounds of the complex were so nice , a chill vide everywhere.

I did not like the way we were spoken to by the grey haired lady on the deck. We were told by a member of staff that we had HALF BOARD as HB was on the slip of paper. If turned out that it means HOTEL AND BREAKFAST. We were having lunch and the manager PAPLOW asked us for our room number we gave it he said you only have BED AND BREAKFAST and ran over to the desk. Then the grey haired lady came over and was very rude and said you eat you pay and made us feel very embarrassed and intimated. We are honest Irish people and have worked hard to save for our trip. So I think some these staff should maybe do some customer care training

Exceptional

The apartment we had was in a great location it was lovely and quiet

Perhaps if handrails were put in place for anyone who had the upper apartment especially for elderly people and people who couldn't manage stairs. Luckily our apartment was on ground level.

Extremely comfortable, location excellent, very friendly staff. Apartment was great and was cleaned every day. Fabulous sea water swimming pool. Breakfast selection excellent Absolutely would stay there again and will highly recommend it
